Villa Buril is a south facing villa only 5km to the sandy beach in Javea, with air – conditioning, wifi, large private swimming pool and UK TV.
Villa Buril sits in a large 1000 meter plot with views behind of The Montgo & across the valley to villa is on two levels and the upper level comprises of naya, lounge / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a twin room in the main villa, The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning whilst the other bedrooms have fans to keep them cool in the summer. There is also a family bathroom.
On the lower level there is a separate self contained apartment comprising of a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living area. Fans are provided to keep the apartment cool.
Outdoors is the lovely mediterranean private garden, pond and the larger than average swimming pool, 12m x 5m. You will also find outdoor kitchen, shower and secure parking on either of the two drives or in the garage. All the patios and gardens are furnished for sunbathing, BBQ´s and al-fresco dining. The rear patio is very spacious with dinning table,chairs & large gas BBQ and views to the Montgo National Park
Located in a good, quiet, sought after neighbourhood and only five minutes drive to The Old Town, Port, shops, beaches etc. The villa is on a flat, private plot and makes for an ideal relaxing holiday.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
