The master bedroom is located upstairs with a divine ensuite bathroom, patio doors lead out to a private veranda with beamed pergola, comfortable chill out sofas and sunbeds. The six bed property is perfect for families with two bedrooms suitable only for young children, one of the childrens bedroom leads out to a secured play area with climbing frame and slide into a ball pit. HI tech kitchen comes complete with everything you need, including a thermomix, two fridges and two freezers, open planned to a large dining table to one side and a comfortable living area to the other, huge satellite TV, CD player with surround sound, DVD player and PlayStation 3.
Three sets of sliding patio doors lead out onto the terrace with a large beamed pergola giving off plenty of shade for those looking to escape the sun. Pool table, table football and table tennis are conveniently located around the exterior as well as a sunken hot tub. The pool is breathtaking, three built in mosaic pool beds set into the pool, massage jets, the pool has wheelchair access and one end of the pool reaching 20 metres for those looking to swim uninterrupted.
Pool heating is included in the cost between September and June. At the far end of the villa is a fully equipped air-conditioned gym with various apparels, rubber section on a selection of floor, flat screen satellite TV, music surround sound, sauna and private bathroom complete with power shower. Whatever the make-up of your party, Villa Buddha provides all the ingredients for a very special luxury holiday.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Buddha is everything we hoped for and more. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and fun. I cannot fault this villa at all, it had everything we needed and more. The gentleman who owned it was always on hand to ask any questions we had. Everything from the decor to the pool area and gym was unbelievable. We had the pool heated which was lovely. Be careful not to have all the lights on and run all electrical things at the same time as the trip switch will go. The quality of the villa was outstanding, it seemed like there wasn’t any detail left out eg good quality glasses and cookware, towels, furniture everything. Even plastic bowls and beakers for the children with their own cutlery which any parent knows having these simple things there made a huge difference. The children loved the playground which also had its own mini golf. I couldn’t believe the amount of storage space and cupboards not only downstairs but in the bedrooms also. I can say for definite that we will be returning.

7 Adults a 12 year old and a 2 and a half year old were only too happy to stay around the villa as there were lots of things to entertain every age group.
Thank you to Alba such a sweet host who meet us on our arrival, he showed us round and explained every detail.
