Villa Brisa is a charming 4 bedroom villa centrally located in Cancelada near El Paraiso, San Pedro and Estepona. The villa is only steps from Estepona Beach, and only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops and resort amenities. It is traditionally built and has a tower that overlooks the pool and terrace areas. The stylish marina at Puerto Banus is a short drive away, as are some fine golf courses and the popular resort of Marbella.
A traditionally built 4 bedroom villa built to a Spanish style with a tower that overlooks the pool and the garden. This villa is equipped with air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, plus WiFi at no extra cost. Parking off the street is available at this villa.
The sliding conservatory doors lead to the main entrance of this villa. The distribution of the different rooms of Villa Brisa is determined by a built in shelving area that defines the lounge space and the tower that defines the dining room, the kitchen and the reading/games room on the first floor inside the tower. The dining room is oval shaped with views to the swimming pool and the garden
The spacious kitchen leads you to the single bedroom that has an en suite shower room. The other bedrooms can be accessed by arches on the left, at the front and on the right of the lounge. A spacious double room can be found on the right of the villa with views to the conservatory and the garden. Next to this double is the main bathroom that is shared with the twin bedroom to the other side. Off the lounge to the left are another double bedroom and a shower room.
The covered terrace overlooks the pool and is close to the barbecue, which is perfect for alfresco dining during the summer evenings. The spacious pool has Roman steps for easy access.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

This was booked for a small group of friends celebrating a 50th birthday and we were delighted with the villa when we arrived. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a week in the sun. The pool was brilliant fun, and cleaned 4 times whilst we were there. We only left the villa to go for short walks or to get provisions during the day as it was just too fabulous to go anywhere else. I would highly recommend booking your holiday at this villa you will not be dissappointed.
