Situated in the quiet area of Costa Teguise, Villa Bretana is a sophisticated, semi-detached property just a 5 minute drive from local restaurants, shops and stunning beaches. This 3 bedroom villa has a spacious living area in a modern open plan design with sleek sliding doors leading to the enticing pool terrace. Here you can soak up the sun on loungers, gaze at the distant sea views and elevate your alfresco dining experiences with the brick BBQ, completed with a spacious preparation area. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and in 2 of the bedrooms is included.

The tiled pool terrace is perfect for long days spent in the sun with a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers or take cover under the large parasol that will be available during your stay. Unwind with a cooling drink in the comfortable lounge area, whisk up delicious meals at the brick BBQ with a large preparation surface and enjoy many nights of alfresco dining at the outdoor seating. You can access the pool terrace via sliding doors from the kitchen, lounge and master bedroom, as well as through a separate gate from the parking area.

The villa has 3 spacious double bedrooms with stylish furnishing – 2 of the bedrooms have en suite showers, where 1 of them also offers a walk-in wardrobe and patio doors to the pool terrace. The last bedroom has the use of a separate shower room located next to the lounge. The utility room is also accessible from this bedroom.

When you enter the villa, you are met with an airy and spacious feel. From the hallway you enter a bright living area with a lounge completed with sophisticated sofas and a lone standing wall with a large TV. Next to the sofas there’s a dining table and one set of wide sliding doors opening to the pool terrace and a sliding door leading into the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a great cooking island with a breakfast bar, and another set of sliding doors leading to the pool terrace.

The villa is gated with off road parking space for 2 cars. Next to the car gate you will find a pedestrian gate, both leading to the front door of the villa.
