The living room includes modern furnishings and a fireplace connecting to the dining room. The dining table seats 10-12 guests, while the kitchen is equipped with induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster and coffee maker. Large sliding windows open onto a terrace with outdoor dining, sea views and direct access to the pool and garden. A separate guest toilet is located on this floor.

The lower level includes a storage room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and three further bedrooms. Two rooms feature two single beds each (80 x 200 cm), which can be arranged as doubles if needed. They share a bathroom across the corridor with bathtub, double basin, WC and spacious shower. The final bedroom is very large, with a queen bed, dressing room and private bathroom featuring a hydromassage bathtub, separate shower, WC and double sink. All three bedrooms open through large windows to a lower garden with sea views directly from the beds.
