A private angular swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 40 – 180 cm) includes an internal staircase for safe and easy access. The pool is available year-round (01 January – 31 December). Guests can unwind on the terrace, enjoy outdoor dining under the pergola or use the barbecue area. A hot tub and outdoor shower add an extra touch of comfort.

Indoors, the villa spans 300 m2 across three levels with bright rooms, floor heating and modern furnishings. The open-plan living and dining room includes satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating, opening directly onto the patio and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, oven, dishwasher, five induction plates, microwave, freezer, toaster and electric coffee machine.
