The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We stayed at Villa Borrego for a week with family, and it was one of the best holidays ever! The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the cinema and games room in the evenings. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. Location is top-notch—Puerto Calero Marina is just a few mins away, so we could walk to nice restaurants. Huge thanks to the concierge team for making everything smooth, from booking to check-in!
This villa is stunning!!! So much space, beautiful decor, and that sun terrace… wow! We were a group of 8 and had more than enough room. Pool was always warm, and the garden area was super peaceful. Perfect location too – quiet but close to everything. Highly recommend!
Spent an amazing week at Villa Borrego and it was everything we hoped for! The house is huge, super modern, and the private heated pool was a dream. Loved how close it was to the marina – just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. The home cinema room was a nice bonus for chill evenings. Definitely coming back!
Just back from a great holiday. The villa had everything we could wish for and was much larger than I thought. The swimming pool was lovely and large enough for a proper swim and the sunbeds meant we spent a lot of time around by the pool. The villa was clean and well maintained and a joy to stay in and we would recommended it to family and friends and we have already booked for next year.
