This Beautiful brand new built villa boast 4 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms, each bedroom with its own air-conditioning, flat screen television and wifi. In the large living/dinning room area there is confortable and stylish seating in front of the flat screen smart tv with channels in many languages.
The heart of the villa is the open plan modern kitchen where you can find everything you could possibly need to prepare a lovely family dinner or just to make some drinks to sip by the pool, just off the kitchen is a large dinning area for 8 guests with views out to the private pool area.
Outside you can find a large garden area and parking bay, a gorgeous private pool for you to enjoy with padded sunbeds to enjoy the all day long sun, there is also an outdoor seating area again for 8 guests and of course a barbecue.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Villa Bolivia is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bedrooms are comfortable and each has its own TV and air-conditioning. The outdoor area was perfect for enjoying the Lanzarote sunshine, and the BBQ was a great addition. We loved the proximity to Costa Teguise Beach and local attractions.
We stayed at Villa Bolivia for a week with friends, and it was the perfect accommodation for a group of 8. Each bedroom had its own air-conditioning, which was a big plus. The living area was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. The location is great, just a short drive to Costa Teguise’s shops and restaurants.
Villa Bolivia was everything we hoped for and more. The location was peaceful, and the mountain views from the villa were breathtaking. The spacious garden and pool area were fantastic, and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor seating area and BBQ. The villa’s modern amenities made our stay so comfortable.
