Nice villa in most prestigious area in Marbella, close to all amenities, to the beach and Puerto Banus. Fantastic villa located in one of Marbella´s most prestigious residential area, Nagueles, Golden Mile, this impeccable and sunny villa was built with great attention and detail. This villa has south orientation and on the swimming pool there are always sun. In the entrance to the villa you can find hall with high ceiling and very nice stairs which drive you on the upper floor, when there are 2 bedrooms in suite with floor wood, big window and terrace.
On the ground floor there is master suite with bathroom, a dressing room and exit to the garden. On the same floor you can find spacious living room with dining room and entrance to the fully furnished kitchen, with small terrace. On the lower level there is one bedroom en suite and very big garage. The outside area very terrace with the view to the big garden with private swimming pool, bbq area.
