A charming villa with air conditioning, WiFi and private pool. Situated in a quiet cul de sac, close to amenities, the pine walk and beach at Port Pollensa.
This is a charming single storey renovated villa situated in the residential Can Singala area of Puerto Pollensa. Fully air conditioned throughout, this villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac, just 250 metres from the pine walk and beach and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants.
The exterior boasts a well kept garden, part lawn and part crazy paving terrace. There is a shaded BBQ and outdoor dining area to one side of the pool which measures 6m x 3m (depth 0.75m to 1.60m.) At the poolside there is an outdoor shower and sunloungers.
The interior of the villa is bright and airy and is tastefully furnished with modern decor. There is an open plan living/dining area with TV with limited English channels, DVD, MP3/iPod docking station and WiFi. A separate kitchen, which is very well equipped, including a fresh water drinking tap, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin all with air conditioning and two modern shower rooms and there is a cot and highchair available free of charge upon request.

Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Stayed here February family of 9 adults. The photos of the villa do not do it justice, it has to be seen to be truly appreciated. Very spacious, modern, clean, equipped with everything you could ask for.Pool was fantastic and warm!! Lots of seating areas to choose from, sitting out on the balcony at night was great! If we have a chance we will definitely come back here for a second time.
