Luxury Villa situated in a quiet residential area just 15 minute walk to the village and 100 metres from the bus stop. It consists of four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in suite, a toilet, a dressing room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven-microwave, refrigerator, etc laundry with washing machine, large terrace, heated pool of 10x5m. Beautiful views of the sea, islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos.
Recently opened a water park just two minutes walk from the villa; it is a fantastic place where children can enjoy a whole day of fun and games. A 10-minute walk of the villa you will find Flamingo Beach, with a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants, and from there, a boulevard that runs along the entire coast, from the new Marina Rubicon to the Lighthouse of Pechiguera. The marina consists of designer shops, yachts, high-quality restaurants and a large shopping centre.
Near the village is the beautiful beach of Playa Dorada, with a wide selection of water sports facilities., such as jet-water, parasailing, skiing, etc
From the old dock (10-15 minutes walk) leave the ferry every hour to the island of Fuerteventura, (20 minute drive), where you will find several boats with different excursiones maritimas. There are two flea markets that are held twice a week in Playa Blanca on Wednesdays and Saturdays, where you will find a select of craft, clothes, items various, etc

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We loved how close everything was! 10 min walk to the beach, the bus stop just outside, and even a ferry to Fuerteventura. The villa itself is well-equipped, comfy, and quiet. Would totally recommend!
If you’re looking for a mix of luxury and convenience, this is it. We were 8 people, and the villa had plenty of space for all of us. The pool was kept super clean, and we had breakfast every morning on the terrace with amazing sea views. Loved being able to walk to the marina for dinner. The concierge team was also super helpful with recommendations. Thanks for an amazing trip!!
Loved our stay here! The villa is in a quiet area but still close to everything. Pool was warm, beds comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great place for a family getaway.
We stayed at Villa Blanca for a week, and honestly, it was perfect!! The heated pool was a dream, especially in the evenings. The villa is spacious, spotless, and the views—WOW! Super close to Flamingo Beach, and the kids LOVED the water park just around the corner. The team made everything easy from booking to check-in. Definitely coming back!!
This villa is amazing, great and very spacious. The photos do not do it justice. It is spacious, clean, well equipped & the scenery is beautiful. Francesca is an extremely helpful host. I would definitely go back! Easily fits 10 people and offers plenty of outdoor space. Overall very happy with the Villa
