Villa Blanca is a spacious, bungalow style 4 bedroom villa conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and the beach. A short drive away are the popular family resorts of Fuengirola and Marbella which have an array of entertainments for all ages. The villa has a large private swimming pool surrounded by mature gardens and benefits from air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, WIFI and a pool heating.
The entrance hallway opens into open plan lounge/dining area. From the lounge patio doors open out on to the terrace and pool area.
The large kitchen is on the left hand side of the entrance and is fully equipped with all essentials for your villa holiday.
A corridor from the entrance hall leads to three bedrooms. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a separate bathroom. There is a further double bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the terrace and pool area.
A further twin bedroom with en suite cloakroom can be found off the dining area. Another cloakroom is by the front entrance.
Outside, part of the terrace is covered over and has outdoor furniture for enjoying the fresh air. On the outer part of the terrace, there is a dining table and chairs with plenty of seating for all to enjoy those summer barbeques alfresco. Around the large pool there is plenty of space for the sunbeds provided so all the family can take it easy and enjoy the sunshine.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

A lovely relaxing holiday in the sunshine of Mijas with friends and family. The spacious 4 bed modern villa enabled us to forget busy grey Britain and escape to the beautiful sunshine. The large kitchen has space to prepare your meal and everything goes in the dishwasher after! Perfect!
A very good villa, good pool and very conveniently located. Villa was spacious with great garden and pool and well looked after. Highly recommended for a quiet relaxing break. The villa in terms of facilities and cleanliness was excellent.
