Binife is an ultra-luxe abode, nestled in the Menorcan countryside. A haven for discerning travellers, you feel like you’ve just stumbled onto a film set! Everything about this four bedroomed villa is simply stunning, from the fourteen-metre infinity pool with separate whirlpool to the indoor heated pool if you ever felt a tad cool!
Contemporary in design, Binife’s infinity pool frames the front of the residence and the whirlpool sits on an elevated deck alongside sun loungers. Spend the morning alternating between the whirlpool, swimming pool and sun lounger! A pillared open patio around the front of the villa offers shade from the sun. Outside you will also find a large BBQ and a pizza oven. There are three levels to this property.
The lower ground features the mosaic tiled, heated pool and gym equipment providing a dedicated fitness area. The entry level houses a modern living space, which includes a cool dining area, pool table and sofas. A country kitchen provides everything you need to serve up meals. Three of the four bedrooms are also situated here, with one double and two twin combinations. The master suite on the upper level is something special, with ceiling beams, a varnished wooden floor and gorgeous views over the Spanish countryside. There is a ensuite to the master bedroom which features a hydro massage bath and gorgeous panoramic views.
Villa Binife is a short walk away from the local town of Alaior, full of charming little cafes and quaint family run restaurants. The nearby beaches at Son Bou and Cala en Porter are a short drive away.

If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.

What an amazing villa, it gave a feeling of peace and tranquility. The villa itself has a large pool and plenty of eating places outside. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and furnished, also very well equipped, I can’t think of anything more that would be needed. Our hosts were friendly and attentive with lots of information, their main aim is to make sure you have the best holiday, we did. We will definitely be back.

We’ve recently just got back from this villa, we went with friends and family (full house) the villa was briliant, it has everything there, bathroom towels, hairdryers 1 in each room, blow ups for the pool just everything! perfect… Our kids loved it in the pool, there is a great play area for the kids for which they spent most mornings playing there…… I would def be visiting the villa again.

Got back from a week’s stay in Casa Binife. 8 of us stayed at the Villa and we throughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend to anyone. The Villa is so well equipped and is beautifully decorated and clean. The pool is very large and heated. The owners have literally thought of every last detail to make it a wonderful holiday. We were very sad to come home but we will return.
