South facing, and situated on a hillside near the village of San Jose, Villa Bertrand is 10 minutes from Ibiza town, 8 mins from the airport and less than 10 minutes from the best beaches of Cala Jondal and Cala Dhort.
Villa Bertrand offers visitors privacy in a rural setting with all the amenities to accommodate 14 people in 7 spacious bedrooms. The property is a former farm dating back to 1700. It has rooms of different heights and sizes, with a whitewashed facade and Sabina beamed ceilings.
There are panoramic views of the sea, the valley and Formentera and benefits from the sun rising in the east.
The pool (10 x 6) is fenced and ideal for young families.
The luxurious villa consists of the main house and 3 separate guest houses. The farm has various different gardens with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, a swimming pool of 50m² surrounded by a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture. There is an organic garden, barbecue area, and several terraces with seating areas. The house, pool and gardens were fully restored and redecorated. Relax in the beautifully landscaped gardens, enjoy panoramic sea views, and unwind by the organic garden or BBQ area. The property consists of a main villa and three guest houses. Rental rates refer to 7 bedrooms. There is an extra room available for rent in the old stables, if more than 14 guests are expected. The main living area has a large living room / office with fireplace which leads out to the terraces and outdoor lounge area.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to a spacious outdoor dining area. The kitchen has 3 fridge/freezers, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, washing machine and dryer.
Within the main house there are 4 double bedrooms (2 en suite) with either terraces or balconies and large living and kitchen.
There are 3 guest houses. The first comprises of 1 double bedroom, en suite bathroom, kitchenette and private terraces and living area. The second has 2 en suite bedrooms, private terrace with outdoor chill out area, large living room with fireplace and fridge. Plus the renovated stables, a basic room with air conditioning. Five bedrooms are air conditioned, the remaining three have fans.
In addition to the 10 x 6m pool, the property benefits from a massage area with Balinese temple, 2 external showers (hot/cold) and a barbecue area with large dining stone table.

If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Loved everything about this place! The mix of traditional farmhouse vibes with modern comfort was perfect. We spent most of our time by the pool or on the terrace just soaking in the views. The location is great, close to San Jose and some really beautiful beaches. Big thanks to the team for making sure everything was perfect for us. Can’t wait to return!

We booked villa Bertrand for a week to celebrate my birthday with close friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff helped organize everything, from airport transfers to a private yoga session by the pool. The villa itself is so beautiful and spacious, with different chill-out areas where we could just sit and enjoy the views. The barbecue area was a big hit, we had dinner outside almost every night. Definitely coming back!

If you’re looking for a place to truly relax, this is it. The villa feels like a hidden retreat but is still close enough to the best beaches and Ibiza town. Waking up to the views every morning was incredible, and the outdoor spaces are just perfect for unwinding. The agency was super helpful, and booking was a breeze. Honestly, everything was beyond expectations.

We stayed at villa Bertrand with our kids and another family, and it was just amazing. The fenced pool was a big plus for us, so we didn’t have to worry about the little ones running around. The house itself is gorgeous, with such a traditional Ibizan feel but still modern where it needs to be. The organic garden was such a nice touch, and we even used some fresh herbs for cooking. Really happy with the whole experience!

This villa is something special! The setting is so peaceful, surrounded by nature with stunning sea views. We stayed here as a group of friends and loved how spacious and private it was. The gardens are beautifully kept, and having the separate guest houses made it perfect for everyone to have their own space. We also booked a private chef through the concierge service – honestly, some of the best food we had on the trip. Already thinking about coming back next summer!
