Just a short walk from a choice of eateries and shops, Villa Berto, located in El Paraiso, is a charming and spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with a large private pool surrounded by expansive and well maintained gardens. Santa Marta beach is a short drive or 15 minute walk away and the villa’s location between San Pedro and Estepona also makes it ideal for those looking to combine relaxing on the beach with discovering the surrounding area. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all of the bedrooms is included.
Outside, there is a covered terrace which is ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing near the pool. The pool is surrounded by grass areas, and there are ample sun beds provided. There is plenty of shade with trees and shrubbery in different areas throughout the garden.
The swimming pool is accessed via the Roman steps making is easy for small children to get in and out at their own pace. Villa Berto is gated from the street and has plenty of off-road parking space for your cars.
The front door opens into a hallway which leads into the large lounge and dining area, decorated in relaxing colours with a feature fireplace by the sofas and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. The separate kitchen is bright and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, with a door leading out to the pool.
From the hall, there are 2 twin bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.
The first of 2 double bedrooms dominates the first floor and has an en suite bathroom and spacious terrace. The second double bedroom takes up the entire lower level and has an en suite shower room.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We hired the villa for a group of 8 people and we had an amazing time. We arrived early but was allowed to leave our bags whilst we explored our surroundings. The beach was great with lovely bars and restaurants. The villa had everything we could ask for. The outside area was so relaxing. Thank you for a fantastic time in an amazing villa. We will definitely look at returning on the future.
We were a group of 4 families but the villa was big enough to absorb everyone without ever feeling cramped. The pool and large covered verandah extend the living space and encourage al fresco dining. Great location with a lot of local restaurants, supermarkets, bars nearby. A great week.
A group of 7 friends and I stayed in this villa recently. The photos do not do the place justice… as soon as you walk in, it is simply stunning! The house has been renovated to a high standard. Things we didn’t realise when booking was that the villa has: air con in every bedroom, a ping pong table, heated pool, toys, a top of the range coffee machine and a Bose portable speaker. Every bedroom is large and the beds are extremely comfortable. No complains at all. It was one of the best villas we’ve ever stayed in.
