Bars, restaurants, shops and the beach of the much loved Binibeca resort are a stones throw away from this beautiful property. Located on the entrance to a small cul-de-sac in a well-established garden with sea views this pleasant property is great for lazy days spent around the pool. The villa is cottage – style with surprisingly spacious interiors. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi.
The pool is surrounded by a lawn area, just perfect for enjoying the sunshine. If you prefer to hide from the sun and read a book, the garden has many great shady spots below the shrubs and trees which offer great spaces for relaxing. A few steps lead up to the spacious arched porch of the villa – an ideal to relax in either sun or shade and watch over the pool activities.
The villa is accessed from the raised terrace, a few steps up from the garden. The double doors open directly into the lounge.
The villa has an open plan area including lounge and dining area. The spacious lounge has comfortable cushioned bench seating on either side of an open fireplace. On the left of the lounge you will find the dark wood dining table and chairs which contrast beautifully with the surrounding white walls. The whole living space is spacious, fresh and bright.
The kitchen is compact but has ample cupboard space behind traditional, dark wood units. There is a door leading from the kitchen to an enclosed area at the rear of the villa, ideal for drying towels and clothes.
To the left of the open plan living area there is a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. This bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom. On the right of the living area there are a further 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. These 2 twin bedrooms are situated on either side of a 2nd bathroom.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

This was our first time in Menorca, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The villa had a homely feel, and the shaded garden was a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. We especially loved the outdoor terrace for dinners under the stars. Everything was well-organized, from booking to check-out, and the team was very responsive whenever we needed anything. Would definitely book again!
Villa Bernardita was a great find! It’s got that cozy, cottage feel but with plenty of space. The pool area was lovely, and we spent a lot of time outside. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we slept so well with the fresh sea breeze. Having the beach, shops, and restaurants within walking distance made everything easy. Big thanks to the agency for arranging our airport transfer—it made our arrival stress-free!

I would highly recommend this lovely villa. It has twice weekly servicing, with change of towels and linen. The hospitality and generosity of Alba, the property manager was amazing. We had fresh eggs, olive oil, honey, fruit, olives and many other things supplied regularly and nothing was too much trouble. The location is very quiet so don’t expect a rowdy nightlife!
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bernardita in July. The quality of accommodation and facilities made for an excellent big family holiday. The hosts did everything necessary to ensure we had everything we needed, from simple provisions, to a tour of the local area to show us where the tavernas, supermarket and beach were located. It was reassuring to know they were on hand should we need anything.
I would certainly recommend Villa Bernardita.
Well what can I say but this villa is truly fantastic. The pictures really do not show how fantastic it is. It has everything you could wish for. Very well equipped, great pool. When leaving the villa we had no worries at all about the security of the villa as it has a brilliant alarm system and very secure.
Will definitely love to stay here again.
