Villa Bernadet has 3 bedrooms and fantastic views by day of the sea views and to the mystical island of Es Vedra; at sundown you will also have a front row seat for a spectacular sunset and one of the iconic sunset views in the Med. The villa is located 1 kilometre from Cala Codolar a small pebbly beach and cove next to the popular wedding venue restaurant Elixir, and also close to famous sunset viewing point of Cala Comte (Cala Conta).
The villa is all on one level and quite simple and practical with a total inside space of 100 square metres, and a total plot of 300 square metres, so it’s a small space but with great views. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers privacy, a garden with trees, a wonderful pool and wonderful views of the bay, the sea and the valley. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach and sports activities make this a fine villa to celebrate your holidays with family or friends.

Villa Bernadet is only 1 kilometre to the shingle beach at Cala Codolar and 2 kilometres to the sandy beach and favourite sunset point at Cala Conta (Cala Comte). Other nearby beaches include the extensive beach at Cala Tarida which is less than 5 kilometres away and is where you will find Cotton Beach Club as well as the many other restaurants in the resort. Cala Bassa, and Cala Bassa Beach Club is only 5 kilometres away (less if you know the shortcuts!) and San Antonio Bay is less than 12 kilometres away. There is a convenience store (Supermercado Stop) about 3 kilometres away with larger supermarkets about 12 kilometres away in San Jose (Sant Josep) and San Antonio (Lidl and Mercadona. The centre of Ibiza Town is 26 kilometres away with the harbour, restaurants, bars, shops and Medieval history of Dalt Vila (old Ibiza Town) which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
