Located on the Corralejo seafront, with marvellous views over the sea to the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote in the distance, Villa Bermudez have a great location in Fuerteventura. The shops, eateries and beautiful sandy beach in this lively resort are all within a 10 minute away on foot making this villa an ideal choice for anyone not wanting to hire a car. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

The private swimming pool has Roman steps for an easy access and is surrounded by plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. There is a covered dining area on the far side of the terrace and a brick BBQ – perfect for alfresco meals. There is a second table and chairs on the separate elevated terrace – another great spot to enjoy the beautiful views. From this area the gate conveniently opens directly onto the seafront with the beach a few minutes’ walk along the path.

Large gates open onto the front door, which opens into the spacious open plan living area. There is on street parking for your hire car. The open plan lounge/dining area is bright and spacious. Here you will find the dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas, feature fireplace and flat screen TV. The large, curved windows by the lounge allow plenty of light and has wonderful views over the pool terrace to the sea. Next to the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen, which has a small breakfast table and chairs. From the kitchen is a small hallway with access to the pool terrace. There are 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms – 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single – in total in this villa. All 3 bedrooms have ample storage space. There is also 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.
