Villa Berangaria is a newly built 4 bedroom villa located on the seafront at Es Cubells, with stunning views of the sea & Formentera. It is finished to a very high standard. The 4 en-suite bedrooms have spacious bathrooms with air con throughout. The décor is minimalist with old wooden dining tables, white leather sofas, a flat screen TV and iPod dock. The kitchen has been newly refurbished.
The villa has a large pool terrace leading to the open plan living, barbeque and sun loungers. There is a fantastic outside space at this villa that includes a large pool with a sun terrace, an outdoor dining area with plenty of sun beds, and also 50 m² of covered porch with an outdoor shower.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay with family and friends at Villa Berangaria in August for my Mum’s 60th.
The villa is really stunning with great facilities and simply the best views. A great villa in a fab location for large groups and families, with a wonderful housekeeping team and a great in-house chef option provided by the agency and a fantastic local supermarket that can deliver prior to your arrival. Cannot recommend Villa Berangaria highly enough!
We spent one week at Villa Berangaria with my husband, parents, sister, her husband and two young children. We could not have found a better place to be all together, and still the villa is so nice and well designed that you are not walking on each other ! The house is gorgeous, rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated, everything was well thought! Fully equipped, with swimmming pool, amazing views. We loved it and recommend it very warmly!

An exceptional luxury experience. Our stay at Villa Berangaria was the best I have had in 8 years of coming to the island. Whether you wanted to relax by the pool, go out to parties or experience the Es Cubells Town, the location was ideal. The kitchen and dining room was light and spacious and the bathrooms meticulous. The host was meticulous and extremely helpful pre and during our stay. The beds were very comfortable with new air-conditioning units in each room…was a blessing.I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to booking it again next year.
