Villa Benita is a delightful 4 bedroom villa boasting a fantastic position on Real Zaragoza beach, with views over the sand to the sea. A choice of shops and eateries are also within a short walk and the neighbouring resorts of Fuengirola and Marbella are both within 15 minute by car. The private swimming pool is surrounded by mature gardens and free pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the double bedrooms is included. WiFi is included.

Villa Benita is a delightful beach villa set over two floors. It also benefits from air conditioned/heated double bedrooms and a heated pool at no extra cost.

The front door opens into an entrance hallway, where an arch leads off to a country style kitchen. Opposite the kitchen is a small corridor leading to a dual aspect double bedroom with garden views and a twin bedroom at the front of the villa. These two bedrooms share a large en suite bathroom that is accessed from each room with a shower cubicle and corner bath.
Also downstairs is a comfortable, open plan lounge, with a feature fireplace and a dining area. Patio doors open to a lovely, arched terrace that overlooks the pool and garden.

Again in the hall, the wide staircase leads up to the first floor landing and on to a very spacious lounge with wood burning stove and ample seating. A further dual aspect double bedroom with sea views and a separate shower room lead off. Patio windows from the lounge open out to another terrace that runs along the back of the house making it a perfect spot for dining or relaxing with wonderful sea and beach views. An external, sweeping staircase leads down to the pool and lawn below.

The garden is mature and pretty with a traditional, covered barbecue area in one corner with attractive tiled seating and walls. The rear garden gate opens to the sand dunes, but an easier beach access is located a 50 yard walk along the road. The swimming pool is heated at no extra cost and has a paved surround.
To the left of the front door is a separate annex with a twin bedroom, fitted mirrored wardrobes and en suite shower room. Access to the house is either via the front door or through the side gate to the rear garden. The front of the property, including the studio, is protected by a wall with pedestrian and drive gates.
