Villa Benirras is a simple villa in a quiet area with lovely rural views less than 2.5 kilometres to Benirras beach; famous for “hippies” and the regular drumming at sunset.
The villa has 3 bedrooms; all with air conditioning, and the villa has been constructed on one level.
The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and traditional wooden beam ceiling.
There is another bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and painted wooden beams.
The third bedroom has twin beds and air conditioning.
There is 1 bathroom
The fully equipped kitchen is relatively modern with a small dining table and access to the outside.
The living/dining room has a larger dining table, sofas, TV and air conditioning and from here you access:
The large outside porch offering plenty of shade and with the wooden table and rattan chairs, rattan seating area. Brick built charcoal BBQ that sits under the beautiful Bougainvillea plant.
From the outside dining area you look across the gardens to the pool and the valley towards the sea beyond. Swimming pool is 9 metres x 4 metres.
Villa Benirras is located in the north of Ibiza with rural views.
Benirras beach is 2.4 kilometres, where you will find a couple of beach restaurants including Elements Beach Club. Benirras is a famous for being the “hippy” beach where drumming takes place before sunset on a Sunday and often on other days making this a truly unique beach. In the height of summer you do get a fantastic sunset from the beach. Other nearby beaches include Puerto San Miguel and some of the smaller coves including Cala Xaracca (6.5 kilometres via the scenic route or 9.5 kilometres for the quickest route). Many relaxed restaurants, cafes and bars to find in and round this beautiful area of Ibiza.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Loved the villa – we know it was one of the cheapest villas available for our week but it had air-con in all bedrooms & beds were comfy. Kids loved the pool. The bedrooms are quite small so no swinging of cats possible but overall great value for money.
