Villa Benedicte is a superb three bedroom villa located in Old Town Puerto del Carmen. It benefits from aircon and WiFi. Relax here and enjoy magnificent sea and harbour views. Villa Benedicte has a gated entry phone system and room within the grounds to park your car. The villa is spacious, light and airy with doors from the lounge, dining room and kitchen out to the terrace with sea and harbour views.
The villa has been built to a very high spec and includes marble tiling throughout. There are three bedrooms, the master double has en-suite with walk-in shower and the two twin rooms (with 2 single beds each) share a family bathroom. All the bedrooms have coin-operated air con. There is also a cloakroom with basin and toilet.
The living accommodation includes a separate dining room, fully-fitted modern kitchen and stylish modern lounge with satellite TV, DVD, music centre as well as free WiFi. Whilst having all these excellent living areas perhaps the most important part of the villa are the outside areas.
The terrace, accessed from the villa, is slightly raised with an area of comfortable seating and another area for al-fresco dining with a barbecue. It is very well-equipped with patio furniture and this is the place to relax and enjoy the wonderful sea and harbour view. Lots of our regular visitors say that they don’t go far, they just laze on the terrace, reading, relaxing and enjoying the location. The private pool, which is on a slightly lower level is approximately 9m x 2.5m and is electrically heated.
To the side of the villa there is a quiet garden area with palm trees and a stone bench if you want some quiet time. There is a side pedestrian gate from the villa that leads down to the coastal walk-way. This is a zig zag path that goes east to the harbour and west to Puerto Calero. Whilst being in a quiet area, Villa Benedicte is close to all amenities, a 10 minute walk to the harbour and just 2 minutes to the nearest restaurant and supermarket. There is no need for a car unless you wish to visit the sights on the island.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Benedicte. It was wonderful to work with Sue leading up to our arrival, and she arranged a personal shuttle pick-up and drop-off for us as well. Everything went very smoothly and the Villa was even more lovely than in the photo’s. Everything was top-notch and the kitchen was fully equipped to great standards. I highly recommend this property, and was impressed with Sue’s prompt attention to our questions and needs.

My holiday Villa Benedicte, Peurto del Carmen, Lanzarote
I spent a wonderful relaxing holiday at Villa Benedicte at the end of June. A beautiful villa with everything you could possibly wish for. Puerto del Carmen and the surrounding areas were amazing. I absolutely recommend it to anyone wishing for a relaxing, peaceful, holiday with a good helping of luxury and the most beautiful views.

Fantastic villa in an ideal location. Spectacular views and very well appointed. We spent a week there in February and enjoyed it so much we booked it again for October. Simple booking procedure and very helpful local assistant. We also used the transfer service as recommended and could not fault it. Lovely warm pool and very useful supermarket next door. What more do you need.
