Enjoy the classic Ibiza sun, sand and style in a brand-new way at Villa Benavides. Set in a gated community on the west coast near Cala Conta Beach, the newly built villa has sea views, a spectacular pool and terrace and sleek contemporary decor. Six suite-style bedrooms make the property perfect for family vacations or groups of friends.
The heart of Villa Benavides is its beautiful outdoor living area. The house opens to two shaded outdoor dining areas with stone walls and clean-lined white furniture. Chaise longues covered by umbrellas line the L-shaped pool, and the whole space has views of the sea. Inside, the ambience of modern luxury is carried out by a TV and sound system, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and ceiling fans and a heating system.
The villa s interiors are cool, white and contemporary, broken up by jewel-toned area rugs. In the open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, the living room is anchored by a cream-colored sectional, green rug and minimalist fireplace. In the dining room, seating is on benches that echo the look of the sectional, but the space is defined by a red rug. The fully equipped kitchen is entirely white, with flat-fronted cabinets, a breakfast bar and a convenient separate pantry.
Each of the villa s six bedrooms has a double bed, and five of the six have en-suite bathrooms and TVs. One of the bedrooms has air conditioning and ocean views as well. White walls, clean-lined furniture and built-in closets make the bedrooms serene and restful at night and bright and airy during the day.
When you arrive, it s a 12-mile drive from the Ibiza airport to the villa. If you ve come to Ibiza for the beaches, head to Cala Bassa Beach Club, just under 1 mile away, Playa Bella, 4 miles away, or Ocean Beach Ibiza, 6 miles away. Play a match at Tenis Club de Ibiza, 15 miles away, or a round at Club de Golf Ibiza, 19 miles away. If you d like to explore, it s a 20-minute drive from Villa Benavides to downtown Ibiza, a 6-mile drive to the village of San Josep and a 16-mile drive to Marina Botafoch.

If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Villa Benavides provided us with a new-world luxury experience in Ibiza. The brand-new villa was not only stunning but also offered great views and outdoor spaces. The pool and terrace were perfect for relaxation, and the outdoor dining areas were charming. Inside, the decor was modern and inviting, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the en-suite bathrooms were a great convenience. An excellent choice for a memorable Ibiza vacation.

Having been to Ibiza 3 or 4 times before we were very pleased to stay at your villa on this trip. The villa was just perfect, everything we could want and more. The pool was beautiful and the view marvellous. Our two grandchildren could not wait to have a swim and we were not far behind. It was very nice to be welcomed personally by the staff of the agency who could not have been more helpful with their local knowledge regarding the best restaurants and beaches to visit. We would certainly recommend the villa and hope to visit again in the future.

The villa is fantastic, with beautiful views down to the coast. The villa was kept very clean and tidy and there was lots of space for us. Very well equipped, private and safe location. I recommend to hire a boat…..you will have a great trip. The property agent was very welcoming and was attentive to any needs.

The villa was the perfect home for our stay in Ibiza. Great location near the Cala Conta coast, beaches, grocery store, bars, but I recommend getting a rental car to get around all the island…..Ibiza is the perfect place!!!!. Rooms were all great sizes and equal quality so everyone was happy. Outdoor lounge areas are abundant and amazing – the pool lounge chairs even had plush cushions. Pool was refreshing and clean, Wifi worked great especially considering how remote the house was. Kitchen had everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own air conditioning unit which kept the room cool if you wanted to close the windows/doors. Everything was in good working order and the housekeeper was quick to help if we had any questions. All in all we would recommend the villa to anyone!
