Villa Benaojan is a spacious 7 bedroom property in a great location, a few minutes’ walk from the beach and amenities of La Cala de Mijas. The spacious roof terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating area, as well as a table and chairs for dining alfresco with views of the sea in between the other houses. There are 3 independent living areas, perfect for large families and groups. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in bedrooms, 3 lounges and 1 kitchen are included.

The private pool is surrounded by plenty of space for sunbathing in between taking a dip to cool off. There’s a lawned garden bordering it as well as a dining table and chairs to one side for relaxing with a cold drink. On the ground floor there are 2 adjoining villas. The first has 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom. There’s also a separate shower room. In the second you’ll find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, plus another double and a twin bedroom sharing a separate bathroom. The upstairs apartment can be accessed by one of 2 external staircases. It consists of 1 double bedroom and a separate adjacent shower room.

The first villa section is situated next to the swimming pool. It has a comfortably furnished open plan living area with seating facing the wall-mounted flat screen TV, a dining table and chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is a second open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen in the adjoining villa, and the upstairs apartment is equipped with another lounge, a TV room and adjacent kitchenette, plus direct access onto the spacious roof terrace. The villa is accessed through a sliding gate with parking for 2 cars. It’s split into 3 sections, which are 2 separate adjoining villas and a first floor apartment above, all with their own entrance. To access the upstairs apartment there are 2 sets of exterior stairs positioned at the left and right side of the villa. This area provides ample space for relaxing, eating and sunbathing, as well as a separate BBQ area. You can dine alfresco in true Spanish style, whilst enjoying the views of the sea.
