With clean lines, whitewashed walls and a setting amid verdant greenery, this very contemporary villa is firmly focused on a large swimming pool, sunk into sunny terraces and surrounded by pool loungers and different spots with soft seating. Within the house are generously proportioned rooms, their crisp white décor splashed with colourful contrasts in plump cushions and eclectic artworks. A very attractive sitting/dining room opens on to a covered terrace, comfortably furnished for al fresco meals and timely sundowners, and looking out across the pool to countryside views beyond.
A well-placed base, Belmiro is an easy stroll from local shops and the nearest restaurant, and just 2km from the sandy beach, harbour bars and cosmopolitan atmosphere of Santa Eulalia centre. A variety of bays and coves are ripe for exploration along the island’s southern shores, and the cobbled streets of Ibiza Town are a 13km drive away.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

I went with a few friends for a relaxing holiday, and wow, what a spot! The villa itself is gorgeous, all modern and bright, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was the highlight – we spent so much time lounging around. It’s also super close to Santa Eulalia and a short walk to Cala Llonga beach, so we had everything we needed right on our doorstep. Big thanks to the agent for helping us out with a special deal, too. Would definitely stay again!
I stayed at Villa Belmiro with my family for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautiful, with stunning poolside views and very private. We loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning, and the kids were in the pool non-stop. The location is great too – close to the beach, and we could easily walk to some lovely restaurants and cafes. The villa is so well-equipped, and the concierge team was amazing – they helped us organize a boat tour around the island, which was unforgettable. Highly recommend!
Stayed at this stunning house with two families, it was just perfect for everyone, the location was great for the teenagers. The accommodation is comfortable and we loved the pool area with its stunning views of the little bay to the right. A great holiday, can’t wait to go back.
Our family (8 people) spent a lovely week at Villa Belmiro in July. Not only was the villa and its views absolutely beautiful but the location was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by the villa staff, they left us a large basket of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, olive oil, cake and honey.
The villa is very well equipped, modern and the pool was amazing. Very quiet and safe area.
Gorgeous villa with beautiful grounds. The place is immaculate and the the staff were extremely helpful. We had the most amazing time. we hired a taxi to see all town, and a couple of minute walk to a great shop. We put the bikes to good use too. Cant wait to book again!
