If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

We spent a few days here for my husband’s birthday and it was everything we imagined! The villa is huge, with plenty of space for everyone (there were 12 of us). The kids loved the heated pool, and the adults enjoyed the amazing sunsets from the terrace. One of the best things about the stay was the concierge team—they helped us with everything, from reserving tables to suggesting fun activities. A shoutout to the property manager for making our stay stress-free! Highly recommend it for a family or group holiday!

Stayed here for a week with friends and wow, what a place! The villa is so well-kept and has this eco-friendly vibe that blends perfectly with nature. We were in the pool almost every day (heated pools—YES!), and the views were breathtaking. Cala Jondal Beach was just a short walk away, and there were great spots to eat nearby. A huge thank you to the agent for making everything super smooth, the booking process was so easy and the villa exceeded all expectations!!

Villa Bellucci was EVERYTHING we wanted and more. It was our second time booking through this agency, and I’m still blown away by how easy the whole process is. The villa itself is stunning. Super private, super peaceful, and you literally step outside to paradise. Pools were so relaxing and clean, and the beach nearby is beautiful! Loved the little details, like the welcome pack and how the staff was always there if we needed anything. Can’t wait for our next trip!

I can’t stop talking about this villa!! Honestly, the views from the terrace were insane. The sea, the sunsets, everything was perfect. We stayed as a group of 10 and had SO much space. The pools were awesome, especially the heated lap pool—it felt like we were living in a dream. Plus, the concierge services were top-notch. They sorted everything for us—airport transfer, even recommendations for local places to eat. 100% recommend!

Villa Bellucci in Cala Jondal is a hidden gem. The night lighting at the villa is simply magical, and we loved the unique hotpool experience.
