1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location was quiet yet close to beaches and restaurants, and the villa itself was spotless. The management team was professional and ensured we had everything we needed. We loved every moment and will definitely return for another relaxing escape!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa was spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. We appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals. Villa Sirita was absolutely perfect for our holiday! The house was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. The private pool was a dream, and we loved spending evenings outside. The check-in process was seamless, and the property manager was super helpful with recommendations. Would definitely book again!

We were a family of 8 and this villa suited all our needs with a fabulous outside area and a luxurious inside. The master bedroom is to die for! It is really spacious which meant we didn’t get on top of each other. This villa is a must none of us wanted to leave! Would definitely stay here again couldn’t fault it

I can’t praise this beautiful villa enough!!! The pictures are exactly how it is, if not more!!! Upon arrival we were amazed by the electric gates, the safety and security of this villa is above expected. It really had the wow factor when we walked in. The children loved watching it in the evenings, gorgeous picture to watch finding Nemo every night. A curved Samsung. From start to finish we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this villa to everyone. It got very slippery and dirty by the end of the day.
