Villa Belinda is a spacious 4 bedroom villa situated close to the beach, bars and restaurants of the lively resort centre of Calahonda. The El Zoco centre is only 10 minutes away on foot, as is the beach and the contrasting and popular holiday resorts of Fuengirola and Marbella can both be reached within 15 minutes by car. The large private pool is surrounded by expansive lawns and the villa also boasts free pool heating, WiFi and air conditioned/heated bedrooms. Villa Belinda is a spacious bungalow style property in a slightly elevated position. It also benefits from, WIFi, a heated pool, large gardens and air conditioned/heated bedrooms at no extra cost.
Pedestrian gates lead up the paved driveway which has parking for several cars. From the drive there is access into the lower accommodation that comprises of a comfortable lounge, a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a guest cloakroom. A curved staircase leads up to the main lounge/dining room.
This spacious room is beamed and traditionally furnished, with a feature fireplace and garden views. Off here is a large well fitted kitchen and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. It also has patio doors leading out to the covered front terrace.
At the far end of the lounge is a small corridor leading to a twin and a double bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower rooms. There is also a useful separate bathroom.
All the bedrooms are air conditioned at no extra cost. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a spacious covered terrace with a fireplace. This is perfect for relaxing or dining alfresco, and looking out to the attractive pool. Several steps lead down to the heated pool.
The smart paved sunbathing and dining terrace is alongside. The exterior is well maintained with lawned areas, raised beds and mature shrubs and trees.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Just returned from a week at this lovely villa, couldn’t fault it. It is clean, very spacious, great pool with plenty of outside space, lots of sun loungers and towels provided. It is in a perfect location, easy walking distance to shops, supermarket, beach and some very good restaurants. Booking the villa is easy and straight forward, Alba the property manager is very helpful. Will definitely be going back!
We had a great time at Villa Belinda. The location near Calahonda’s lively resort center was a plus. The villa’s bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, along with the outdoor dining terrace, made our vacation enjoyable.
Villa Belinda was a perfect family getaway. The air-conditioned bedrooms, well-fitted kitchen, and spacious living areas made our stay comfortable. The outdoor terrace and heated pool were fantastic.

Just returned from two weeks at Villa Belinda. An excellent large 4 bedroomed villa in a quiet location. The villa is very spacious with ample room in each bedroom, ensuite bathrooms. The TV is the lounge has smart tv and you can watch catch up TV along with movies free of charge (keeps kids happy during the very hot time of the day).The pool has 8 sun beds around private heated pool. The sun shines from early morning on the pool until fairly late in the evening. An excellent villa from which to explore Mijas.
We found your service excellent in all areas, the villa was superb and in a brilliant location, spotlessly clean and the cleaners were really helpful and friendly We would definitely book again. Villa was excellent clean, spacious and very quiet. Shops, restaurants, beach and tennis club all close by. All had a great holiday and hope to return next year.
Excellent layout, all bedrooms more than adequate for each couple, clean comfortable and spacious. Good sized living room and kitchen. Outside eating/living area fantastic. Good sized pool and gardens with more than enough sunbathing area. Couldn’t fault any part of the villa, perfect for extended families such as ours. Would highly recommend this villa.
