Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.

Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Two families for a one week stay in early October. Brilliant stay on all counts – the house is even more beautiful in real life. Very well laid out, great attention to details, clean and not cluttered. Everything is working order. Absolutely perfectly placed in the town with easy access with cars and on foot. Nicola/Becky were very quick to reply both before and during our stay. We loved it and hopefully will be back soon!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Begur! The pool was absolutely perfect, we enjoyed playing all the outdoor and indoor games the house had to offer, the kitchen had everything we needed and the terrace views were unforgettable. The owners were incredibly helpful and readily available to answer all of our questions. We would recommend booking this house to anyone looking to enjoy and discover the beauty of the Costa Brava!
We were a family of 12 with an age range of 7 to 69 that stayed at Villa Begur for one week which we now wish had been longer. The villa was very clean and has excellent facilities which suited all ages and with just a 5 min walk into the centre of Begur was perfect for the whole family. We decided not to hire cars and did not find this a problem as the supermarket was only a 10 min walk and the bus stop to the beach was just down the road. Any queries we had were dealt with very promptly. Everything about this villa was excellent and we will be looking into booking it again.
