Casa Beatrice is a Luxury Modern Villa with 3 spacious king-size bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and separate walk-in wardrobes. This property is also ‘Unique’ as it offers a fully operational, Disabled Lift Service. Wheel chair friendly. The Lift can support a motorised buggy from ground level to the first level, which for some individuals will be very beneficial.
The Ground level has 2 King-Size Bedrooms, a Lounge and Separate Dining Area with views over the Swimming Pool. There is a large Decking Area for Sun Bathing and a ramped pathway that leads to the Garden.
The First level has a Fully equipped Kitchen with all the white goods you would expect to find in a modern house. There is an additional Dining Area and a bright corridor that accesses the Master King-Size Bedroom. The Main Lounge is huge and double sized as it uses the total width of the House.
The views are Stunning and the sense of open space is rare. There are 4 leather sofas for relaxing, a Sound System, Docking Station and large wide screen TV with UK channels. In addition to the Lounge there is an External Terrace with Seating. From here you can enjoy your glass of wine, relax and absorb the fabulous views over the Swimming Pool, Gardens and Adeje Coastline!

Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.

We had such a fantastic time at Villa Beatrice! The villa was spacious and really well-equipped – everything we needed was there. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the place. It was also great having a lift to the upper floors, which made it really accessible for my mum who uses a wheelchair. The location was ideal, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Shout out to the team for helping us with everything, from arranging our tours to setting up the pool area. Really made our stay extra special!

Villa Beatrice is like a dream! The layout is super modern and luxurious, and the whole place just oozes comfort. We loved the big lounge with the wide-screen TV, it was perfect for family movie nights. The location is perfect as well, just minutes from the beach and close to everything. The concierge team made everything so easy for us – from the airport transfer to helping us get dinner reservations. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the best of Costa Adeje!

Had an AMAZING stay at Villa Beatrice! The views over the coastline were absolutely breathtaking. Loved how spacious the villa was and how easy everything was to get to with the wheelchair-friendly lift. It was super convenient for us, and the fact that it was all set up for comfort made it so much easier. The pool area was perfect for chilling out and the weather was fantastic! Big thanks to the team for the smooth booking process and all the assistance. Definitely coming back next year!

We come to Tenerife every year, mostly in the winter. This is a very underestimated Villa and is best described as excellent. My wife and I, accompanied with other 4 friends, have just had a most enjoyable week on the island. The views from the villa are astounding. All in all we would recommend the property to anyone. We will definately come again.

This is our second visit to the villa and, although I didn’t think it possible, it just continues to improve. With the upgrade of the bathrooms and outside area it really is something special. The villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard and makes you feel at home from the minute you walk through the door. There is so much to do locally that it’s impossible to get bored despite the different age group of our family, There is something for everyone
I would highly recommend this to anyone and we will be looking to book our next visit shortly.
I just cannot say enough good things.
