100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.

Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

A Group of 10 of us had the Batista to stay at Batista Villa. I’ve never experienced such a warm welcome to a holiday. The staff couldn’t do more to help us throughout the stay. The rooms are all decorated to a high spec with excellent en suite facilities. It had everything – a great pool area, table tennis, darts, air conditioning, an outdoor sound system and was spacious enough for 10 of us to have plenty of room.
They helped us with local restaurant facilities, travel tips and were a phone call away if we needed anything. We were all very very happy to stay at this great Villa and expect to visit again when we can.
We travelled in a large group ranging in age from 1 to mid 60’s and the house was perfect for every member of our family. Great facilities, lots of different places to eat in the house, a good standard of equipment throughout and that amazing pool. The location offer beautiful with amazing views overlooking the sea.
The agent gave us great recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets and other facilities are very close by. I highly recommend.
Fantastic luxurious villa in a quite private location. All the rooms and bathrooms are individually decorated to a high standard. The kitchens are well equipped with an excellent outside kitchen, BBQ and seating area. The pool was lovely in the sunshine and we enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks and on the many sun beds. Plenty to do for children. Ideal location, walking distance to the beach, local bars, restaurants and shops or a short taxi ride to the night clubs.
Our stay at Villa Batista was simply incredible. This luxurious villa offered top-notch amenities, stylish decor, and breathtaking ocean views. The open-plan design of the living area was perfect, with large sliding glass doors leading to a furnished terrace overlooking the sea. The bedrooms were beautifully designed, and the ensuite bathrooms were a great convenience. The private pool and chill-out area were our favorite spots. We highly recommend this villa for a perfect family vacation.
