This extraordinary villa has been carefully designed, quality built and lovingly prepared for easy living. It is situated in the beautiful idyllic quiet countryside of Valle San Lorenzo, where peace and tranquillity is in abundance. It is a peace haven in an idyllic location and climate where all you can hear are birds singing. Far away from the day to day noises of normal daily life but within easy reach of all amenities including – Medical centre, supermarket, greengrocers, butchers, bakery, wine shop, restaurants and bars, five minutes walk away in the lovely Canarian town of Valle San Lorenzo. Valle San Lorenzo is centrally situated and is within 15 minutes from Los Cristianos and Las Americas busy townships and is 30 minutes from the south airport Reina Sofia. The villa is conveniently situated away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and is within 15 minutes of every amenity.
The villa is set in a beautiful private country situation and has 360 degree views to the ocean, countryside, mountains and even La Gomera. Set in 2,700m2 of gardens and fruit trees including banana, lemon, orange, mango, almond and fig. The villa offers 5 en suite bedrooms and a master suite of an amazing 112m2 including en suite and walk in wardrobes. This suite leads to the pool side where there is a large entertainment room, a fitness room and the fifth en suite and also a massive rooftop terrace of 210m2 overlooking the surrounding countryside, where all you can hear is birdsong. The large fully fitted kitchen leads through to a breakfast room with its own terrace which also serves a large dining room perfect for entertaining, which has an inglenook feature fireplace. This then leads through to the lounge and music/reading room.
The villa has double glazed windows, a private electric gated entrance, its own water tanks for irrigation, private heated pool measuring 15m x 5m and a garage for two cars. It has solar lighting and solar power for hot water and pool pump.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

If you’re looking for a place to escape and unwind, Villa Barros is the perfect choice. The villa is beautifully designed, and the level of comfort and luxury is unmatched. Villa Barros is a dream come true! The spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, made it perfect for our group. We had the most relaxing stay at Villa Barros! The villa is nestled in the beautiful Valle San Lorenzo, offering complete tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. The panoramic views of the ocean and mountains were just breathtaking, especially from the rooftop terrace. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kids loved the private heated pool, and we enjoyed lazy afternoons in the gardens. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful family getaway!

The property is extremely well equipped, safe, very luxurious and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The area is very quiet (I only heard the sound of my own children shouting in the pool!!). The agent, was very helpful, offering us lots of guidance on places to visit, restaurants etc. The agent was on hand at all times if there were any issues, queries or problems.
