Villa Barbea is a stylish 3 bedroom villa with fabulous sea views. It is located in the Balcon al Mar area of Javea and is walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a mini market. The Arenal beach with its wide selection of shops bars and restaurants is only a short drive away. This spacious three bedroom villa with private heated pool is traditional in style but has been refurbished with a fitted kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings and totally enclosed with fencing and gates.

From here four steps lead to the porch and the entrance lobby. A door takes you into the inner hallway. An arch leads into the fully fitted kitchen with access to a covered terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar set into an arch at the far side. This arch leads into the dining room with a further large arch leading into the lounge. The lounge/diner overlooks the private heated pool and has sea views.

Off the hall is a twin bedroom which looks out over the covered terrace, off the kitchen, and has sea views. There is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and another twin bedroom. A family shower room consists of a walk in shower, a toilet and wash basin. The covered terrace has a dining set with six chairs and a spiral staircase leads up to a roof terrace where there is a further table and chairs and great sea views. From the covered terrace eleven steps lead to the pool terrace with two steps taking you down, at the far end of the pool, to the brick built BBQ, which has a tiled work surface to one side and a further dining set with six chairs.
