Villa Baliza is a pleasant villa positioned within walking distance of the beach and with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa includes air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and lounge plus WiFi and pool heating.

The swimming pool area has plenty of space for sunbeds for all the family to enjoy. There is a chill out area and the charming gazebo near the pool. This gazebo has outdoor dining table and chairs, a lovely place for dining al fresco with panoramic views to the wide coastline below.

There are 3 bedrooms in this villa. They consist of 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Then there are 2 double bedrooms, both with views down to the coast. These 2 bedrooms each have an en suite shower room. There are several sofas in the lounge area, plenty of room for all to relax and near the doors to the terrace there is a dining area, also adjacent to the kitchen. From this area the doors take you out to a bright and comfortable covered terrace with seating, a great place to relax, read a book or enjoy the views.

Please note that the upper level does not form part of this villa however the ground floor still has amazing views all the way down to the coast from your own private pool.

The kitchen is all open plan and well equipped with all mod cons and plenty of cupboard space. One side of the kitchen counter acts as an American style breakfast bar with stools along each side.
From the street there are steps down to the villa level. Through the main door, the bedrooms are to each side of the corridor which then leads to the open plan lounge and kitchen areas.

Villa Baliza is situated in the popular residential area of Torremuelle, which is on Benalmadena Costa between Fuengirola and Torremolinos. There are shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is just a short walk from the villa. The location of this villa is also very handy for the local golf courses, water parks and other holiday facilities in the area. The villa is within an easy drive of 2 of the quaint inland villages in the area, Mijas and Benalmadena, both having a wide choice of restaurants and bars.
