Villa Balderas is an elegant and modern architectural style property with minimalist finishes. It is located in de East coast of the island of Ibiza, a few meters from the sea on a cliff surrounded by native vegetation of the island. The villa is a 3 minutes´ walk from the beach of Cala Llenya, in an easy access zone. It is a 5 minutes ‘drive from San Carlos, the nearest urban centre, and the flea market of Las Dalias. The property is a 20 minutes´drive from the city of Ibiza.
Villa Balderas has a floor area of 340 square meters and a capacity for 8 people. It is divided into two floors with large windows that provide natural lightning to the villa during the day. On the first floor there is a simple and modern entrance to the villa that has access to the wide living room. It also has an open kitchen equipped with the latest appliances that are in harmony with the rest of the room, a toilet and a spacious double bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the second floor, there are 3 large double bedrooms, all of them with en suite bathrooms.
The outdoor zones of the property are surrounded by gardens that follow the minimalist pattern of the villa and a large swimming pool with solarium.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Balderas. It is a beautiful villa in a stunning setting. The house was spotless and well equipped. There was a high hair and a travel cot for our young child. Would recommend as a great place to stay and from which to explore the magical island.
We had a great relaxing stay, enjoyed the vista’s from the terras and balcony. The atmosphere in the house is very nice, the rooms are nicely decorated and it was very clean. Ana gave a warm welcome feeling and is very helpful. The view is spectacular and outside the house there are a lot nice spots to sit, it is almost hard to choose! Also the poolarea is nice. It is in a peaceful environment close to some very nice, small beaches.
The house is clean, comfortable and personally decorated with style and it has one of the most magnificent views on the hills and the sea. The pool is great and wonderful and the beds were very comfortable, which is for me a personal must for a good holiday. I can only recommend this truly beautiful peace of paradise for families with kids or group of friends.
