Spectacular Villa Baixada is a brand new luxurious villa, located in the quiet upscale residential area of Baixada, near the center of Lloret de Mar. This beautiful modern villa was recently built with high quality materials and is characterised by its natural light, sea views, large spaces, open-plan kitchen and stunning pool area. The villa is fully equipped for large groups or various families getting together for an unforgettable holiday!

Air conditioning and central heating in the whole villa. Free wifi. Elevator to all floors. Private secure parking space inside the property for 3 cars (more cars can be parked on the street in front of the house). All bedrooms are en-suite and have their own bathroom.

The villa has three floors.

GROUND FLOOR
Beautiful pool area with large private pool (12m x 4m) with salt system, ideal for kids. Exterior kitchen, large exterior dining table with chairs, sun loungers and gas barbecue.
Chill-out corner with exterior lounge furniture. Exterior jacuzzi for 6 persons.
On this floor you’ll find various rooms, all with direct access to the pool area:
– small living area with TV and double sofa bed. Ideal for children to play or watch movies.
– bedroom 1: double bed (160x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with bath tub.
– bedroom 2: triple bedroom with 3 single beds (one of the beds has a pull-out), and ensuite bathroom with shower.
– bedroom 3: triple bedroom with 3 single beds (one of the beds has a pull-out), and ensuite bathroom with shower.
– bedroom 4: quadruple bedroom with 4 single beds (two beds have a pull-out), and ensuite bathroom with shower.
– laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

FIRST FLOOR
You enter the villa through this floor. Just park your car and enter the house on living room level.
Here you’ll find the main living area with very large open-plan living room and kitchen.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Living room with three sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), TV and large dining table for 16 persons. Along the living room is a large balcony with chill-out corner. Separate toilet.
On this floor there is:
– bedroom 5: double bed (160x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the balcony as well.

SECOND FLOOR
On the top floor there’s a very large terrace with stunning sea views. Enjoy your morning meditation or yoga, or get a sunbed up if you’re looking for some peace and quiet!
On this floor there is:
– bedroom 6: this is the master bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower and bath tub. Direct access to the terrace.
– a separate gym room with elliptic bike, fit ball and yoga mats.

The idyllic beach of Cala Trons is located at only 400m from the villa, a 5min walk. This is a small beach of approx 100m hidden between rocks and pine trees. A beautiful small oasis with crystal clear water. In summer, get there early to assure a spot!

From the beach you can go on a nice walk along the “Camino de Ronda”, which is a path along the sea that goes all the way along the Costa Brava. From Cala Trons you can walk to the center of Lloret de Mar in 20 min, while enjoying the beautiful views.
Other beaches in the area are Cala Canyelles (a 5min drive), beach of Lloret (4min drive), beach of Fenals (10min drive) and the beaches in Blanes (15min drive).
The famous fisherman’s village of Tossa de Mar is a 10min drive away.

Guests staying in Baixada have free access to the urbanisation’s club (only for owners/renters) located at 1km, where you can enjoy two tennis courts, a football court and large swimming pool. There is also a parking area where you can park your car near the beach.
