With its distant sea view, high standard of furnishings, large private swimming pool and excellent central location. This delightful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, in the sought after resort of Calan Blanes, has a choice of good beaches, shops and eateries all within a few minutes walk, with one of the islands 3 waterparks around 15 minutes away on foot. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge is included.
Outside, the large private pool is surrounded by ample space for sun worshippers to relax with a cool drink before a much needed dip to cool off! The covered terrace has a great BBQ area with a sink and worktop, and a dining table and chairs.
The L-shaped living space is completely open plan with comfy seating around the flat screen TV, a dining table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar at the end of the room. Large, double patio doors keep the villa very bright and airy and open onto the BBQ terrace and pool area.
On the right of the entrance hall on the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room. The adjacent staircase leads up to the remaining bedrooms on the first floor. The third twin bedroom has an en suite shower room and a Juliet balcony. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and patio doors onto its own private balcony. Both bedrooms have lovely views over the neighbouring rooftops towards the Western coast of the island.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Baeza. The villa is modern and comfortable, with a great pool and plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved the outdoor dining area and BBQ. The location was perfect for us – close to beaches and shops. The agency was very helpful throughout the entire booking process, and we really appreciated the easy check-in. We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Baeza which is in a lovely area and has the most beautiful far-reaching views. The villa is spacious and well decorated and maintained – it has everything you need and we all enjoyed the well-kept pool and garden. The agent was really helpful and gave us good recommendations for places to visit. All in all, the villa was a great holiday location for us and we would love to return.
We stayed at the Villa Baeza in July as a party of eight adults, all friends, who have holidayed together on a number of previous occasions. We were not disappointed. We hope to return one day!
