This contemporary villa, designed by a renowned Spanish designer, is nestled in a lush pine and eucalyptus forest between Sant Josep de sa Talaia and Cala Tarida.
With its panoramic outlook of the Ibizan landscape and the Mediterranean, this home is orientated towards the sunset with views to the islands of Conillera, S´Espartar and Es Vedrá. It is these magical Mediterranean vistas and the sumptuous design that make this residence such a pleasure to be in. Situated on a mountain, its natural downhill grades and slopes create cascading levels and optimize the sea view from each space.
Two separate chill-out areas have been created for watching the sunset and an outdoor table shaded by a leafy trellis provides an ideal spot for al fresco dining. The sun loungers spread around the pool offer a sleek counterpoint to the rugged stonework of the landscaping.
On an architectural level, the house is characterized by its rounded-edged and hand plastered stucco, invoking the classic Ibiza style, and accented with minimalist touches. Inside, it is in immaculate condition, with top of the line fixtures and furnishings.
The micro-cement floors in silver grey, the stone bath tubs in the bathrooms, and the pure white for all walls along with the use of teak and zebrano, capture the light and feel of the island.
The property is accessed through electric gates, allowing for increased privacy and security.
Comfort is enhanced by its short distance to the beautiful beaches of “Cala Tarida”, “Cala Moli” or “Cala Vadella”, shopping in “San Josep de la Talaia”, and excellent restaurants serving fresh seafood are nearby.
The house has an area of 320m². The main entrance leads on the right to the living room, with sea views, and furnished with a large sofa and two matching easy chairs with two zebrano wood coffee tables in the center and equipped with a fireplace, flat screen satellite TV, DVD Blue Ray and music system for i-pod.
In front of the main entrance, is the dining area with a large solid wood table and seating for 6/8 people.
The dining area leads to the kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, separate wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, juicer, etc. The kitchen has an outside door.
To the left of the entrance are two double bedrooms with independent access from the pool. Both have queen sized beds (1.80m x 2.00m) and sea views. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, while the second bedroom has a separate bathroom with walk in shower.
The other two bedrooms are separate suites and accessed only from the outside. Suite one is upstairs, and accessed from an outdoor staircase leading to the right to a large bathroom with a cement stone tub. The double bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed (2m x 2m), and has its own living room with fireplace.
Two large glass windows with sea views open up to a private rooftop terrace equipped with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The second suite is at ground level in a separate building. It contains a king sized bed (2m x 2m) and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. This room is accessed through its own private door or large glass sliding doors leading out to the pool and chill out area. All bedrooms have built in cupboards.
Grounds are 2,450m²: the private drive with electric gate leads to a large parking area. Past the parking and separated by a small wall, is the infinity swimming pool (6m x 8m) surrounded by sun loungers and the chill out area equipped with several separate seating areas. On the other side of the villa, is a table under a shaded canopy that seats 10 with built in barbecue.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

This was our second time booking with the agency, and once again, they did not disappoint. Villa Badillo is an absolute gem! From the seamless booking process to the amazing concierge services, everything was taken care of. The villa is truly beautiful, with panoramic sea views and stunning outdoor spaces. The pool is huge, and we spent so much time enjoying it. It was the perfect spot for our holiday in Ibiza.

The agency helped arrange everything, including a private boat tour, which was unforgettable.

Eight people had a wonderful time with something for everyone. The accommodation is stunning and the welcome was exceptional even though we arrived after midnight. We would recommend it to anyone.
This is the perfect retreat for families and/or couples/groups who want to escape the rush and enjoy peaceful and tranquil Ibiza with breathtaking views. All rooms of a good standard and the villa was very spacious for 8 of us. Lovely pool for the kids too.
