One of the most luxurious villas in the Canary Islands. It is located in an exclusive residential area surrounded by a golf course and very close to the beach.

Its cool white walls, clean lines and contemporary attitude are a beautiful contract to the blue of the ocean and green of the golf course that surrounds it. But the four-bedrooms villa is more than a picturesque setting; its location close to the beach and Costa Adeje Town puts you at the center of island life.

Enter the gated property via a winding drive, and you’ll soon discover that it opens to several levels of sunny terraces facing the hills and Atlantic Ocean. Stretch out on one of the chaise longues, bring your beach read to the terrace lounge area, have a swim in the infinity pool and send the kids to play on the mini soccer field. After a day by the pool or on the beach, set local seafood on the barbecue and sit down around the outdoor dining area. Stay out and have a nightcap from the chill out area, or head inside to catch up via Wi-Fi.

The predominantly white interiors mixed with a balanced use of natural materials give the space a fresh and modern flair, with pops of bold colors injecting lively shots of personality throughout the villa. The bedroom on the middle floor have a king bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet and direct access to the pool with direct views of the golf course.

The three bedrooms upstairs are divided as follows:

With the beach just a 5-minute by car from Villa, you can easily return to the villa for a snack or forgotten item. By car, it’s a 10-minute drive to shopping, dining, nightlife and more in Costa Adeje Town and a 18-minute drive to Tenerife Sur International Airport.
