With a focus on privacy and tranquillity, the atmosphere is one that you’ll instantly warm to, as you get the benefit of the love and dedication that has gone into producing this spectacular villa.
There’s also American Billiards, table tennis, and darts for the unlikely event that you might find yourself tired of lounging in the sunshine.
Throughout the villa the marble floors and luxurious furnishings maintain the highest standard, and there is a PC, and wifi throughout. The lounge has a remarkable wood ceiling, and an entertainment set up that includes HD TV with SKY, CD and ipod dock, plus a range of games and books to satisfy all interests.
The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, just to name a few appliances. The kitchen is connected to the charming dining room with coloured glass windows; a lovely room with lots of atmosphere.
There is a PC Computer with WI-FI (Wireless Fidelity) high speed internet access available in the Villa. Guests do not need to bring their own laptop computer. I-pod station, wii.
There are four bedrooms, two with a double and two with twin single beds. Bathroom facilities for everyone with three en-suite and one family bathroom!. All beautifully presented which all stem from the main entrance hall with fountain. We can assure you there is no villa like it on Lanzarote.

Amenities
The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had an unforgettable holiday at this luxury villa. There were 8 adults and we celebrated my husband’s birthday in true style. The staff recommended caterers ‘Rent a Chef’ who were amazing providing us with wonderful food and superb service. We also hired a boat and we have an amazing party.
The villa is beautifully designed and perfectly layed out so that everyone has privacy. Everything is within walking distance of the villa so you wouldn’t really need a car :))))
I couldn’t recommend this villa more highly for a family or group of friends, it’s amazing!! We will never forget our holiday at Villa Autre Chose!!!
We had a great stay at Autre Chose Villa. The villa had a perfect location just 2 minutes drive from the beaches. The host, was very helpful including ordering a car and a great chef. Villa Autre Chose had all the amneties we needed and was beautiful designed. The property was modern and well-maintained and perfectly cleaned before our arrival. Thank you so much for a great stay. The bedrooms are huge! we were 8 adults. The large pool is great entertainment and also the table tennis table. Very safe and peaceful. We reccomend to hire a boat and a chef to prepare the local meals. Great holiday, thanks!
