Villa Autentic is a contemporary styled villa with fantastic sea views, in the area of Vista Alegre, a gated community in the southwest of Ibiza, 5 kilometres to Es Cubells; this stretch of south-west Ibiza is famous for a stunning coastline and some of the most expensive houses and villas on the island. This much sought-after area still retains the authenticity of Ibiza with traditional local restaurants very close by.

You enter the villa on the main level
On this floor you will find a bedroom with twin beds (can be dressed as a double on request), air conditioning, en suite bathroom and terrace.
On the lower (ground) floor are the 4 other bedrooms

The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Terms:
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

We had a great stay at Villa Autentic. The villa offers wonderful sea views, and the bedrooms are comfortable. The outdoor space is fantastic, with two pools and a barbecue area. It’s a convenient base for exploring the local area.
