The villa also offers an electrically heated swimming pool, with a depth of 1.25m to 1.65m, and a built-in children’s pool, perfect for families with little ones.

The spacious living room provides plenty of seating, a fireplace, and direct access to the terrace, while the dining room can comfortably accommodate eight people.
