The villa is situated on 2,000 square metres of land. From the moment you wake to the moment you fall asleep you will absolutely love every aspect of this villa and the picturesque town of Banyalbufar, which is just 2 mins walks away. The stunning back drop of Sea, Mountains, Vineyards and the Town is truly intoxicating.
In my opinion, the town of Banyalbufar is as goodf as the stunning views from the villa. Some of the best restaurants on the island are in this little town.
The spacious villa is surrounded by a large garden area which contains traditional Mallorcan flora and fauna including orange trees, olive trees, almond trees and aloe vera.
From inside the villa and outside on the terraces and swimming pool you will be mesmerised by the magnificent views and peaceful surroundings.
Located just 25km (30 mins drive) from Palma, the villa is the ideal place to relax and enjoy an authentic Mallorcan experience. The villa is ideal for either a family getaway with the kids or a no kids/adults only getaway.
There is plenty of space within the villa for a group of 8 people with or without children so that each person has their own personal space when required.

If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.

We stayed in Banyalbufar for one week and absolutely loved the villa, town and beautiful surroundings. The villa has an extensive garden with incredible views over the ocean, mountains, vineyards and the small town. We very much enjoyed the calm relaxing atmosphere and the many amenities of the house (including a treadmill, board games etc). The pool is fabulous as is the patio including a large BBQ and vast seating areas. The host provided us with many useful instructions about the villa and recommendations of things to do in the area. The house was very tidy and includes all necessary household items. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and I can highly recommend the villa to anyone who is looking for a relaxing luxury holiday in a beautiful clam surrounding.
