Villa Atalis is a contemporary and streamlined house, where the finish is second to none. This 4 bedroom villa has a stylish feel, inviting private pool and partial sea views from the first floor balcony. It is also just a short walk to a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants in Son Bou. After a day in the resort centre you could come back and relax in the spacious pool terrace. Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of terrace and lawn space to relax and bask in the sunshine. The table and chairs is shaded by the balcony above for alfresco dining in respite from the sun. The brick BBQ is to one side of the villa along with the pool and table tennis tables, which are great for keeping your party entertained!
Villa Atalis has a private, gated driveway for your hire cars. The entrance to the villa is at the side of the house, beyond the swimming pool.
The lounge and dining area is of a typical open plan design and has a contemporary, bright and airy feel. Patio doors open onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is adjacent and is fully equipped with all mod cons to make dining easy.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom and adjacent shower room. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom, and a second double bedroom with an en suite shower room and balcony with views over the pool towards the sea.
Villa Atalis is located in the area of Torre Soli Nou, Son Bou, only a short walk from the shops, beach and eateries in the centre of this popular resort. There is a choice of shops, a number of good bars, cafes and restaurants, some overlooking the sea, all within 20 minutes on foot. The white sandy beach of Son Bou is a few minutes further on foot, or within a few minutes’ drive.

The Pool is great and refreshing, it is perfect to swim in the morning (and also the whole day)

We stayed in different houses throw the last years on the Island of Menorca but this one was really fantastic for us.

Villa Atalis provided everything we needed for our stay and was an ideal layout for 2 families, it was spotlessly clean both inside and out. The staff were very friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them. Allowing us to help ourselves to the fruit and vegetables in the garden was an added bonus, the tomatoes were delicious! We had never used this travel agency before and were very impressed with the service, the friendliness of the representative and the information folder provided at the villa to make our holiday so enjoyable. The 3 children, aged between 10 and 15, enjoyed the pool table and table tennis. The main shopping and resturant area of Son Bou is a 20 min stroll from the villa with the beach a further 5 mins, but there is a well stocked supermarket just a 5 minute walk away and the land train and bus stop nearby take you directly to the resort. We would recommend both the Villa Atalis and this agency for the level of service and high standard of accomodation and would definately stay there again when we return to Minorca.

The villa was lovely, very bright and clean with good amenities. The highlight was the pool which had water jets and a waterfall type feature at one end as well as stairs in so it was easy to access – the pool made the holiday for my son (and me if I am being honest). We booked our trip to Menorca couple of months in advance, the booking process was easy and the directions and entrance instructions were spot on. The day after arrival we were visited by the rep and she was very friendly and helpful.

The villa was almost new, so was obviously in good order as expected and described on the website. The Villa is absolutely beautiful, lovely decor and the facilities are great. Thank you very much to the owner for the lovely veg & herb garden, what a pleasure to be able to pick your own fresh veg, even though we caught the end of the season there was an abundance of tomatoes & green peppers.

Villa Atalis wowed us with its top-notch design and top-notch stay. The villa’s contemporary style was impeccable. The private pool and the balcony with sea views were our favorite spots. The spacious terrace allowed us to relax in the sun. We made great use of the BBQ and the table tennis. The villa’s amenities, including WiFi and air conditioning in all bedrooms, made our stay comfortable and memorable.

Our stay at Villa Atalis was all about contemporary comfort. The open-plan layout made the villa feel bright and airy. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for soaking up the sun. We enjoyed alfresco dining in the shaded area. The BBQ and table tennis provided extra entertainment. The nearby shops and the Son Bou beach added to the convenience.
