This stunning and very spacious house with amazing sea views (and Natural Park of Tamadaba views) is perfect to enjoy and relax with family and friends: big outside area with terraces, private pool, sun beds, chill out and barbacue area. Private parking for 3 cars.
The house has all the facilities: cozy decoration, bright comfortable spaces, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 of them ensuite), TV, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, etc.
The place is walking distance (only 1 minute) to a whole variety of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, and also to the beach and the best sunsets of Gran Canaria. There is an outdoor pool equipped which is available all the year round. There are walking tours held to picturesque places.
During your stay in Agaete you can do many activities, such as diving, hiking, biking, exploring the beaches of the area (Guayedra), and many more fun activities.

Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. the property was amazingly stocked, you needed for nothing! the location is fantastic and easily the best part of the island if you want an authentic experience. Spacious interiors. Beautiful views. Close to local restaurants and cafes. Very comfortable beds.

Our family with 3 small kids enjoyed staying in Villa Asomadita a lot. There was enough room for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, large and well-equipped kitchen and a nice outdoor area. As parents, we especially liked that the pool was separated with glass panels and a locked gate: great for security. We also really liked the location: quiet village but still close to fish restaurants and the beach. Also great: quick and helpful communication with the property manager.

Our time in Agaete was filled with adventure, from diving to hiking, biking, and exploring the beautiful nearby beaches like Guayedra. The villa provided the perfect starting point for all these activities. The outdoor pool, available year-round, was the cherry on top of a delightful stay.

Villa Asomadita’s location was ideal. Just a minute’s walk led us to an array of restaurants, supermarkets, and even a pharmacy. The beach was equally close, and we were treated to some of the most captivating sunsets Gran Canaria has to offer.

The house’s spacious interior comfortably accommodated our group of eight. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which were ensuite, provided the perfect setup for a memorable vacation. The house was bright, cozy, and meticulously decorated, making us feel right at home.
