It is characterized by its modern architecture and awesome views of the north coast of the island. The property has 1.125 m2 of plot and 591 m2 of housing. It is divided into three floors perfectly structured and oriented all exterior. It has 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, private pool, barbecue, outdoor dining on the terrace, garage for 4 vehicles, etc.

Its situation is unbeatable, it is located in the municipality of Santa Úrsula, to the north of the island of Tenerife. The house is in an exclusive urbanization and enjoys a privileged location as it is located on the seafront. The property is 22 km from Tenerife Norte airport and 4.5 km from Jardin de Orquideas de Sitio Litre. A 25-minute walk will take guests to Beach Bollullo. Serving Spanish specialities, Casa Fefe is about 500 metres away. Tenerife Dream View also boasts its proximity to Ermita de El Calvario.

In this floor all the protagonist is for the incredible infinity pool that goes into the sea and that will make you feel a very pleasant experience. During the day, we recommend to watch the views towards the northwest, some days appears on the horizon the Island of La Palma, also called “La Isla Bonita”. A real show to enjoy a unique experience during your stay in the house.
