Located near to the picturesque old town of Puerto del Carmen. Centrally located and easy access to all local facilities golf, parks, marina, etc. Changeover day. Our changeover day is Thursday, however, there is some flexibility.

Utility Room: Iron and ironing board. 1 single sink. Drier area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Our changeover day is done on Thursdays on a weekly basis, however, there is some flexibility. Towels, tea towels and all linen and pool towels are also included. Maid services included weekly.

Other: Two patio doors with pool and sea views, the spacious dining room has a traditional beamed ceiling a wooden banqueting table which seats up to 12 people comfortably, from there patio doors open to another terrace with chill out seating and mountain views.
