If location is important to you, Villa Armanda is hard to beat for a villa holiday! This impressive 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is within walking distance to a choice of shops and places to eat. The beaches, golf courses and facilities of Elviria, Marbella, Fuengirola and Puerto Banus are also all within a short drive. The villa itself is spacious, with 2 living areas, a large lawned garden and private pool – ideal for larger groups. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

The private swimming pool at Villa Armanda is surrounded by lawn on all sides, with plenty of space to relax or for children to play. There is also a dining table and chairs and a BBQ under the pergola, providing some much welcome respite from the sun for dining alfresco. The garden and pool can be accessed from both floors of the villa.

Villa Armanda is gated from the street with a pedestrian entrance and steps leading up to the front door on the upper floor. To one side there is also a driveway with space for 3 cars.
This property has 2 living areas. On the first floor is a conservatory-style seating area with large windows overlooking the garden and the pool as well a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast. On the lower level there is a second larger lounge area with patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace.

The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with all the mod cons and there’s a breakfast table to make interior dining easy. You can access the kitchen from the entrance hall and there is also a door and steps leading out to the front of the house, through the garden, down to the swimming pool.

There are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with an additional pull out bed suitable for a child up to 12 years. These bedrooms share 2 separate bathrooms on the upper floor. Stairs from the hall lead down to the lower floor where there are 2 double bedrooms. The larger of the 2 double bedrooms has a dressing area, a large en suite shower room and patio doors opening onto the garden and pool terrace. The second double bedroom has an en heresuite bathroom.
