1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

The Villa was beautiful. Great location and great views. Stayed with family including 3 children. Pool was excellent and villa was spacious and had everything needed plus a few good extras, Sky sports, DVD player, air conditioning in most rooms. Would definately reccomend!! Made for a great holiday – would definately come back!!!!

From the moment we arrived we felt completely relaxed and at home, the villa is without doubt one of the best we have had the pleasure to stay in. The location and views are amazing, the detail and finish of the property is akin to a top boutique hotel but with the privacy and space of your own villa. Absolutely everything has been thought about, the attention to detail is perfection. Can’t wait to book it for next year.

We enjoyed a great week at this wonderful villa. The location is great on a quiet road but less than 5 mins drive from the town. The villa is in excellent condition and the quality of the furnishings far exceeds most rental villas. We will definitely be back!
