Villa Arenas, located in the heart of Santo Tomás, Menorca, is a delightful 4-bedroom villa that accommodates up to 8 guests. Featuring a private swimming pool surrounded by lush hedging and palms, it’s the ideal spot for relaxation. Enjoy alfresco dining cooked on your BBQ or unwind in the bright, airy open-plan living area with patio doors leading to the pool terrace. The villa includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, WiFi, and is just a short walk from the sandy beach and local restaurants.
Your private swimming pool is located at the front of Villa Arenas where there is also a small lawned area to one side. The terrace is slightly raised and bordered with hedging and palms. It’s the perfect setting for a lazy holiday. You can relax by the pool or enjoy an alfresco meal in respite from the sun, cooked on your very own BBQ.

This 4 bedroom villa is only 1 street back from the beautiful sandy beach – you can catch a glimpse of the sea can from the terrace between the trees. You’ll also find a good choice of restaurants within a couple of minutes’ walk. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa includes WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.

Situated on a corner plot, gates open onto a private driveway at the side of the villa. There is also a gated pedestrian entrance with a path leading to the house.
The open plan living area is bright and airy, with patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. There is a seating area, a flat screen TV, feature fireplace and a table and chairs. The well-equipped kitchen is along the hall and has access to the enclosed drying area at the rear of the house.
Villa Arenas has a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom and a shower room.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Just returned from this lovely villa from Sant Tomas. Great location, perfect concierge services and amazing heated pool. Beautiful swimming pool, very relaxing and peaceful. Very spacious and comfortable house, after several years of visiting Menorca this was by far the best Villa we had stayed in. Location perfect, Will book again.
Good location, you don’t need a car, the supermarket is just over the road and the beach and restaurants are just a couple of minutes walk. The pool area and garden are nice and you can get sun and shade all day. The pool is great for kids with easy access. The Rep was very helpful and went out of her way to find out information for us and help us arrange a day out.
We had a wonderful holiday. The villa was in an excellent location and the children enjoyed hours in the warm pool. It was great to be able to walk everywhere, the beach being just a few minutes away and a short walk to several restaurants and shops. The villa was an older style but was well equipped with everything we needed (including air conditioning and wifi) and set amongst pine trees. We could see the sea through the hotels opposite. We found this agency to be excellent. A very spacious minivan was waiting to meet us at the airport to transfer us to our villa. Your rep was extremely helpful and friendly and available whenever we wanted to find out anything. Thank you for a great family holiday.
We stayed in Villa Arenas and had a great holiday. The villa was well set out and in a great location. Our holiday rep was very attentive and customer service prior to our departure was great. Our stay was enjoyable and the villa was in a lovely spot in Santo Tomas. All in all, very nice company and very nice holiday.
The whole booking process was very straightforward and any queries were excellently dealt with by the UK based staff. The Villa Arenas at Santo Tomas is in an excellent position, just yards from the beach and the smattering of small bars and restaurants, is generous in size, with an excellent pool and facilities, and is ideal for familes of up to 7 individuals. We were delighted with the holiday and the villa and would definately book again, and would recommend this villa and resort. Many thanks for a great holiday!
